Hi! My name is Kevin Klett. I’ve spent the last 10+ years as a personal trainer helping people improve their athleticism, regain movement, and learn proper technique.

My journey into personal training started out with a back injury in high school.

After many instances of failed rehab, it was through the help of a few very smart fitness professionals that I was able to return to playing soccer and go on to have a healthy collegiate career.

Learning the way the body operates and the many connections within it sparked a passion and enthusiasm that still drives me to this day.

After playing soccer in college, I received a degree in Kinesiology and have spent the last decade educating myself to provide better fitness for my clients.

I work with people looking to:

– Improve strength and mobility
– Get back in shape after rehab
– Unlock a new level of athleticism
– Train around long-term pain/injuries

Why Holistic Movement and Performance?

I started Holistic Movement and Performance because I wanted people to have access to high-performance personal training;
I wanted to create a space that sees people for who they can be and provides them with the resources needed to get there.
