Hi! My name is Kevin Klett.

I own and operate Holistic Movement and Performance. I’ve spent the last 10+ years working in health and performance.


In that time, I’ve worked with youth and professional athletes, people dealing with injuries, and people who want to stay mobile and healthy as they age.


This event is designed to help educate people on not only the importance of exercise to lifestyle wellness, but how to actually exercise to receive those benefits.


Combined with an understanding of the mental health benefits, you’ll leave this event with a solid understanding on how to get started on your health and wellness journey.


Plus, everyone who registers will receive a free, at-home copy of the foundational workout we use at Holistic Movement and Performance.
