I’m the owner of Holistic Movement & Performance.

I’ve spent the last 10 years helping people build strength, mobility, and athleticism.

I put this New Years Program together to help people build consistency with their exercise.

Consistency is the most important exercise factor on health.

It’s also the hardest component.

It’s easy to crush a few workouts. It’s harder to do this routinely for months and years on end.
