Each athlete receives a custom-written program based on their goals and the results of their Movement & Performance Assessment.
This program is built out in 4-week blocks and is designed for the improvements you’re looking for within the context of your specific sport.

Objective Peformance Evaluations

Assessments are the basis of your programming.
Using custom Hawkin Dyanmics Force Plates, we’re able to identify over 40 biodynamic markers to know exactly what you need to work on.
Feedback doesn’t stop on Day 1.
All athletes perform weekly testing to get real-time feedback and demonstrate the measurable progress they’re making.
Educate & Empower
Our 2:1 Athlete-to-Coach ratio is designed to teach athletes how to safely navigate a weight room while still maintaining a personal training environment. Whether through high school, college, or professional team training sessions, most of our athletes will be in a large-group weight room setting at some-point. It’s our goal to help them develop the autonomy and wherewithal to safely train in these environments.
